After the wonderful holiday we had in our hotel, we wanted to share this beautiful experience. We stayed at this hotel with my wife and our two children and it was an unforgettable experience for each of us. First of all, we were amazed by the hotel's sensitivity to families with children. Hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. The attention and love they showed to our children created the best moments of our holiday. Everyone, from the reception to the restaurant staff, treated the children's needs and wishes with great sensitivity. The facilities offered by the hotel were also great. Our children had fun and made new friends thanks to the playgrounds, pools and activities specially designed for children. In addition, the hotel's children's menu was very rich and appealed to every taste. Our room was also extremely comfortable and clean. Small but important details, such as extra beds for children and special toiletries, showed how much the hotel valued its guests. The general atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and offered an extremely safe environment for families. We felt at home at every moment during our holiday and we would like to thank the entire hotel team for this experience. The rooms are beautiful, I like the layout for the family room which leaves some privacy if you close the door to the child area. Initial room had an odd view of a patch of land not owned by the hotel but the hotel moved us on request with no issue. If you like afternoon sun I would recommend the sea view rooms facing the mountain which is a lovely view. The hotel is very clean and the staff are lovely. The buffet dinner was tasty although not much of an occasion meal. The a la carte are beautiful but open to the weather. The beach is not great - it isn’t run by the hotel but worth knowing if you want a lovely beach. There is a very nice beach 5 mins drive away (over one hour on foot due to mountain). The pools are very cold in April and more for a splash than a swim, a very small pool is slightly heated but still too cold for my kids. The water park is fantastic the kids loved it and so did I. The hotel is very busy in holiday times so there were occasionally long queues for ice cream or dinner. Overall a lovely hotel with some great elements and some downsides depending on your priorities.

Everything! All the little nice touches, everything high quality. So clean (I'm very fussy!). Yummy food, loads of choice, even for a veggie. Drinks are amazing!! Stunning views and location. The most friendly staff I've come across, everyone so helpful and welcoming. First time in 5 start hotel that is for families as came for a wedding but it's such a big space it really didn't feel like it. So many pools so lots of options, and a small free water park next door too. Everything is so well thought out. Had the most wonderful stay here

All in all, it's a great hotel. We were two couples with two 3 years old, and they had plenty of activities. A couple of playgrounds, two different pools they can stand on. Small slides in the water parks. The food was good, it's an all inclusive so as far as those go it was above average:) The Greek restaurant is recommended. The pool in the room was great. The drinks that came with the all inclusive were great too. There's a really nice beach, really beautiful. The facilities in general, are really great and we had a great week.
